Stock carrera headlights to H4
I just got my H4 conversion kit ( buckets and all) and I'm wondering if my stock 86 carrera headlight rings ( for H5, that take 9004's) will work with these, or if I have to prepare to paint the supplied rings.

I did the upgrade a while back on my 85 911. I ended up sticking with the stock sugar scoop trim rings, and just upgrading to h4's with a higher wattage bulb. Here are a couple good threads that explained what I needed to know.
H-1 H-2 H-4 H-5 ??????? Im so confused on this H4 Euro upgrade thing If your going for higher wattage, this will help with new relay wiring, etc. Headlight relay schematic.
