Coupler bushing failure

I was down shifting to 4th and heard a snap, the next thing I knew all the gears were in different places and reverse was getting "knicked" too often. Having read a bit about it I figured on the shift coupler bushing failure. Here's the results. At least it's a cheap fix. I plan on replacing and servicing everything else while I'm in there. Any hints on things to change or do. Ball cup, coupler bushings etc.

Well, you got your money's worth out of that bushing! You're on the right track.. change all the rubber/nylon in there. Don't forget the shift rod sleeve (O-shaped bushing the shift rod slides/rotates in) under shifter housing. I think you're gonna notice a huge change in the feel of your shifter when you're done, judging by the wear on that coupler.
