not-so-early aero: no leading edge allowed

OK, following on Jack's exploits in twine, cameras, and winged goodness, I'm wondering my options for a class legal tail. The big no-no is "no leading edge", so it has to be a continuous tail. I'm thinking that a f/g IROC is probably the way to go, but are they any other creative ones? I'm running my duck this weekend, but it shouldn't be an issue at Streets as it is a more technical, lower speed track.

The IROC with an additional Gurney flap in lexan. About 4" curving upward at the rear. That's legal, and very effective. It's the most you'll get short of the 3.8RS wing, which would bump you to V class.

Well actually, there's a really big version of the IROC that is even more effective, but hideous unless you're running monster flares in back.

OK, if the image won't show, go here

3rd column, 7th down.

While you're at it, grab one of those motors too.

Milt, that's a real '74 RSR tail, I believe. The fiberglass one I'm referring to is basically an all 'glass version of that tail. The one in that pic has the rubber tail section.
