Need 1971 Wiring Diagram and 2.2L Decal
Where can I locate a good wiring diagram for a 1971 T? Is the Haynes Manual the best bet? Also, I am seeing a guy on ebay selling 2.2L decals for $23. Is this a good source or is there a better one to get period window decals? Thanks a lot!

Stoddard sells the decals for $2.63.
http://*************/shop/shopexd.asp?id=6849 I would try to get your hands on the wiring diagram from the factory manual. The Haynes manual is fine for basic stuff.

There are lots of "how to" tech articles articles available by just going to the top of any page on this BBS. It's labeled "Tech Info Center". If you click on it the "Tech Info Center" button a table of contents comes up. Look to the left and there is a column. In this column are elec. diagrams, parts diagrams and more. This is where John Cramer linkled you to above.

Thanks to all of you for your speedy help. Scott at Pelican - how do I find out the part numbers of items that you may have but are not listed in the early 911 area? I could not find the decal part. I am new to this website and am still learning my way around. It is a tremendous resource for Porsche owners. God Bless You!!

I have several early wiring diagrams that aren’t in the Pelican archive. How do I get them in there?
Best, Grady

Scott,
To find ALL the part numbers for your early 911, you'll want to purchase this CD-ROM here at Pelican: 000-043-400-05-OEM. Follow this link: Porsche Parts Diagrams on CD-ROM When you find the part number you need, simply enter it into the search field at the top of any page and you can add that part to your shopping cart. Yes - that is the correct decal for the rear window.

Sorry Scott... Didn't mean to send business to Stoddard. I couldn't find them on Pelican either. I always try here first!
