You've left out a lot of important information....what car do you have etc

18 on an older 911 for street use? Ack. Others may see it differently

To add to what craig mentioned, one needs to know
the wheel size/check
the chassis/unknown
the wheel ET/unknown
mods done or intended/unknown

For a coupe C2 or a CAB C2. I would have them powder coated black leaving the outer ring brushed or chrome. All True and straight. What is a good offer amount even an insulting offer might be ok here.
Thanks
Nathan

Does Kinesis make these wheels? If they still do, see what they are new and then offer 50%.

I have a set of Kenesis 17X9 17X11

They cost over $4K new. Thinking about selling mine as well.

Oboy! That's BLING!

Are the Kinesis wheels made with a "porsche" center?

well I bought them with used tires. Great wheels, could use a little cleaning but after all that they are just not my taste. If anybody wants them with the tires ill let them go for 1200. Im also taking them to the up coming Ventura porsche show\swapmeet.
Thanks
Nathan

artisticent,
If they are as you said and offset as Patton's wheels (the other thread), I'll take them. Please read your PM. I left you several PMs since yesterday asking about size, offset, front/back space.
I am also in CA, if we are close enough and if the wheels work for me, we have the deal and you don't have to ship.

I have sent the wheels in to be Re-Sealed. I hear the silicone sometimes leaks on 2 and 3 piece wheels. I am trying to upload pics from my phone but having all the trouble doing it. The measurement from the hub inside the wheel to the edge on the rear is 8 1/4 and the front is 6 1/4. Ill add the cost to the wheels. I was offered 1600 for the set before the work. With the work done that would bring the total closer to 1800. I am taking offers and currently have the wheels on a 91 c2 turbo I just bought that I need a motor and tranny for. I am open to trades also. Now that the wheels have a home and look so good I really wouldnt take less than 1800.

Thanks
Nathan.

You mean front space are 6.25" F and 8.25" rear? Don't sound like it'll fit my car (same as Patton car).
Thanks Artisticent.

Kinesis made these and paid a liscence? fee or paid Porsche (or speedline) for every set they made. They made their own center in house. They don't make them any more becuase the fee made it hard to recoup costs.

Cheers

By the looks of Pattons, the deep dish makes up for the lack of throw out of the hub. Mine are made for a turbo with wheel adaptors. In other words with mine, to get the wheel to look flush with your fender, your hub would need to be about 2 inches from the fender lip. for a non turbo car with turbo flares you would need 3 inch wheel adaptors. I went that route because I hated the look of deep dish in the 80's and I hate it now.
Good luck
Nathan
