Dash plate(s) replacement in 1971 911t

Want to correctly mount my Blapunkt unit from behind and going to steal plate to do so from another car.

Already obtained the basket weave material and have the right radio.

PO cut the original plate to put a aftermarket head unit in.

I'm sure I can just dig in there but just wondered if someone had swapped the trim plates before and what held them in.
