Hi All,
I am at my wits end. My wrench cannot figure what is wrong!?! The problem is my car has a problem starting, and idles at between 200 - 300 rpm, and backfires continuously when I blip the throttle. After it warms up a little, while driving the car stalls and refuses to start for about 20 or so minutes, stalling happens every 2 - 3 days. He says it is the Auxiliary Air Regulator, but I have searched the forums and do not think this is the problem. He also claims it might be the airflow, I do not actually know what he means. My car is in Singapore and it is hot year round. I am at my wits end chaps. There are not many porsche wrenches in singapore, and I cannot afford to send it back to the dealer. My car is a 1983 RoW 911SC. Any help will be more than welcome. Thanks
