What Is This Part?
I had a rattle in my driver's door so I pulled the door panel off. Inside I found this piece butcould not see where it might have come from. Bentley's & the PET were of no help. I closed it up & come to the wisdom of the genius assembled on this board.
Any idea what this is & what it does?

It looks like a very worn and broken version of a window regulator pivot.
