bookmark a thread?? How???

I have seen reference to "bookmarking a thread" and I have spent a little time trying to learn how to accomplish this. There is no shortage of good material that I would like to bookmark.

But I have not figured it out. If it is a simple key stroke or click of an obvious button would someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

Much appreciated! I will never cease to be amazed by, what a few short years ago, could not be found for any price is now free for the looking on great forums like this.

Either open the thread in a new browser window or broeser tab. For Firefox simply either right click on the page and select Bookmark This Page... or goto the top of the browser and select Bookmarks -> Bookmark This Page... or for Internet Exploder either right click and select Add To Favorites... or go to the top of the browser and select Favorites -> Add To Favorites.

Hope this helps.

Dave

Thanks. Yes this clears it up.

I was looking for something on the Pelican site and couldn't put it together. I am an Internet Explorer user and had only heard the term bookmark on this site. Thought it was something unique to here but could not figure out how it would be possible.

Thanks again for taking time to respond.
