Replacing a switch in the dash?

What's the easiest way to get at this switch to replace it?

Thanks
Brian

The front trunk if you can get your hands in there. In this case, I think just emoving the clock and speedo would get the job done. They just pull out.

The Bentley manual states that you need to remove the clock first (using a plastic putty knife should help in that endevior). Label all wires on it and then detach them and remove the clock. Since you've already removed the knob, you now need to remove the mounting nut (which is in the dash). The switch should then push out to behind the dash. Pull it out from the clock opening in the dash, label the wires and detach them.

Have fun!

While you're in there, please let me know how many wires are attached to the headlight washer switch. Thanks in advance!

I'll take a look at the washer switch tonight and let you know.

Thanks for the information

Couldn't get the clock out and didn't want to force it. The speedo came out pretty easy and the new switch works great.

In response to your question on the number of wires going to the headlight wiper switch it is 3, with two of them together.

Here's a out of focus picture if it helps at all.
Thanks for your help
