Whats this relay do?
My 69 has a round relay right next to the fuse panel up front. Am I correct in assuming that it goes to the horns?

Remove the relay and see what does not work!

If you mean the round relays that go inside the fuse box in the front trunk, then the inside of the cover shows the relay function in German, French, and English. And yes, one of the relays powers the horns.

Well.. my horns don't work to start with so Thats what we're figuring on doing is checking out what assecory doesn't work when its pulled. I was hoping someone knows off hand what that round relay goes to.
On this car, there is no cover over the relay(S) to describe what they go to . I understand the later cars had more relays. joe

Joe if you're talking about the pronged relay above the regular bullet fuses, then it's most likely the horn relay. There should be power at the relay with the key on, and power at the steering wheel horn contact. My '84 relays are: footwell blowers, oil cooler fan, cruise control, horn, fog lights, ac condeser blower.
