930 Bracket-- what is it for?

I have removed so much I forgot what this bracket was for.

That bracket bolts to the right side of your engine mount (the lower part that covers your crank pulley). The muffler bracket bolts to it as well as the AC compressor bracket (I think).

My muffler bracket (*) is welded to the bracket you have pictured (arrow).
Cheers,

I bought the flange from Tial Motorsports $35, bought a 3" 180 degree stainless steal bend section $85, chopped it and fit it to where I liked it, marked it, had it TIG welded locally for $40. The sound of the 3.0L Turbo motor at 4000RPM....Priceless!

To make a 90 degree dump made from stock materials....probably <$75.
