Note that I'm using a wideband O2 sensor and am having Megasquirt use a richer air/fuel target mixture. With the standard narrowband sensor you are pretty much limited to running 14.7:1 AFR. Running 14.7:1 I had some minor roughness transitioning from closed to slightly open throttle, but richening the mixture fixed it.

What do your data logs look like? Email me a copy of them at kerfootm@aol.com and I'll take a look and maybe make some suggestions. You may also want to email or talk to Tony and see what he suggests.

The datalog is one of the functions the megatune software does, but you must turn it on.
Hook up your laptop and connect the cable to the megasquirt controller, start megatune on the laptop. On the menu bar at the top click on file, and a drop down menu should appear that has datalog as one of the options. Start it and go for a short drive, when you're done, go back to the file drop down and stop the datalog. It will save a file on the hard drive with the datalog'd information. You can download a log viewer from the megasquirt site that will show you the readings all your sensors were getting during the drive, you can see if the EFI controller was trying to richen or lean the AFR.
Are you running the Tbitz CIS to EFI kit? It uses slightly reduced fuel pressure and 30 lb/hr injectors. If not, the settings in my megasquirt configuration, especially the VE table won't be correct for your engine. What version of megatune are you using? Current versions of megatune have a feature called autotune that when properly configured will adjust your VE table entries as you drive. Read the documentation on how to use this. Also read the tuning documentation carefully, WOT runs with VE values that are too lean can damage your engine.
Send me one of your datalogs and I may be able to tell you more.

Nice

No i'm not using tbiz kit i made all by my self.

I 'm from Finland and it was to expensive to order that kit from there. But i like what tbiz has made

I m using MS II 3.0 board. Now i have mega tune 2.25 2006 year version.

My injectors are maybe to big but i think MS can handle those. injectors are 370cc /min

I will take that data log and sare that whit you

Thanks

Are you guys useing CIS intake runners? I'm running ITB TWM's with MS II and I'm running in Alpha mode it runs better than Speed density for me. What size injectors? I have 30 lb. per hour. I get an occasional backfire thru the ITB's at low rpm transition to higher rpm say around 2500 to 3000 do you think I need to richen it up a little in that VE area? I also run a wideband O2. MS is a good ECU but tuning it to get everything perfect is tedious.
