trouble with the windows
Hey...
My driver side window is having issues. If its up all the way with the door closed and I press the button to move it down it comes out of the track, and then I have to push it back down into the track. However if the door is open (less friction on the window) the window comes down just fine without coming out of the track. Is there glue or something keeping it in the track??? Do I need to take the whole door panel apart to check it out? That panel is a PAIN. thanks in advance David |

HI sounds like the lifter has come loose in the door, take the panel off and check the bolts/screws holding (or not) the lifter on to the door. look on page 640-4 of the bentley manual 84-89.
