Brake upgrade potholes

After months of searching, information and parts I decided on upgrading my SC brakes with 930 brakes. Primarily to retain the non-951 fuchs. UPS lost the first set of calipers I found. The second set, more expensive, arrived ok. I sourced the rotors and hats from rennsport and ordered the rear rotors from our host. Not quite a bolt on. Needed spacers on the front calipers to center on the rotors and when installed the rotors rub on the calipers, not the sides but the edge of the rotors. Rennsport claims the calipers are a "thick" casting and the rotors are ok. Has anyone heard of "thick" 930 calipers?
For the rear is there a "standard" measurement for the drilling or is it the same as the 993 mods? Would like to do Sebring next month and have heard it is a brake challenge
Thanks, Eric

T-Bone you talking about the Sebring DE on the 16-17? I'm already signed up for the 17th with my region ( Citrus ). It will be my 1st DE and I'm getting my brakes ready also. I'm going with new Ferodo pads on all 4 wheels, brake flush, stainless lines and additional front brake cooling.

Eric:

LOL,..VERY few people do these sorts of things and "push the envelope" with custom parts so detailed, extensive experience with these parts is not commonplace.

If you have a problem, give me a call and I'll be more than pleased to help.

Rfuerst,
I am hoping to get it all done for that one, just finished Homestead last weekend with brake cooling ducts and that was a huge improvement. I need to replace rotors and would hate to put on new stock rotors when I have most of the upgrade parts in the garage. Time to get the hammer out!

Not trying to slam anyone, just trying to determine the next plan. Should I buy another set of calipers and hope they fit? Try another set of rotors? Grind away at the current calipers? Throw money at the problem and buy a complete kit? It just seems like I am in uncharted waters when this was the "easiest" upgrade. Any inputs, ideas would be well recieved.
Thanks

Bill, I am sure is tired of always being right. Steve, wisely, asked for a phone call rather than e-mail, which in this case promoted some mis-communication. All is well, we have a plan. Thank you Steve for your continuing support and expertise, well done.
