Early seat questions. Scheel?

I recently purchased this pair of seats out of a 914 that look like vintage Scheel seats. They are not in great shape, but they are light, comfortable, and have the period correct look I am after.

How do I tell if they are genuine Sheels?

I'm not sure whether to put on 911 headrests, get them recovered, and keep them, or sell them and buy new reproductions like the BF Torino Nurburgring.

Here is a picture of the bottom and the back. It looks like they have been recovered at some time. There is a tube frame, not a fiberglass bucket.
