Question Remote Keyless Entry devices?

Have any of you guys had a remote keyless entry device installed in your pre-89 Carrera's?

I have an '89 model, with factory alarm system and I want to install a RKE device in it, like a Commando KE-30:

http://www.commandoalarms.com/itm100033.htm

Also, which wires does the RKE device tap onto for the central locking's lock/unlock signals?

Thanks in advance

Do a search for a site '12volt.com'. After registering (no cost), pull down the wiring diagram for aftermarket alarms for your car. You should be able to identify the locking system wires. On my '87 Targa, the wires were located in the trunk/passenger side.
Good luck,
