915 tranny hp loss

Does anybody have any info on how much horsepower a 915 5-speed gearbox with 3.875 diff. uses at about 6000 rpm?

In search I could only find one reference of 14% for a 915 tranny...:
Dyno Experts, Please Stand Up...

Any-one have some more references so we could come up with a bandwith for these tranny's?

Thanks in advance,
Walter

The usual estimate is ~15% that seems resonable based on what you usually see on an accurate dyno compared to factory #s

Thanks for the reassurance Bill!

After I posted ( sorry, oeps), I dug into some more old postings and found a lot of dyno charts of rolling road tests stating an assumed 15% loss, but also some debating (with mostly australian rolling road dynos) of 30-34% losses...

User 'Superman' posted a nice posting in this thread:
Reseda Dyno Day - Results
also suggesting 15% as an experience-value, so its pretty clear to me now what to expect realistically

Best regards,
Walter
