DANG! How do I remove stubborn heat exchangers?
Hey gang,
I need to remove my heat exchangers on my '82 930. Soaked them overnight in a LOT of penetrating oil, to no avail. One stud already snapped.... Any suggestions on how to remove these guys? Thanks! |

Well we sprayed them quite liberally with "Kroil" penetrating oil and let them soak overnight... I don't see how you can
get any decently aimed heat way up into those recessed barrel nuts... Or am I missing something? |
