Guys, the 996's stock gas and brake pedals are not set up for easy heel and toe downshifting (at least for me). My '84 Carrera has aftermarket pedals that were installed by yours truly and they work great for heel and toe...piece of cake. Not so, the 996.
What pedals do you guys who have 996's or Boxsters recommend? Not being able to heel and toe downshift in the twisties in my 996 is driving me crazy. |

How do you heel-n-toe? I found my Boxsters to be terrific with the heel-n-toe...better than any car I've owned.
I'm pleasently surprised with my SCs pedals in stock formation, but the early cars were impossible w/o putting the brake pedal to the floor...which I never did.

Weird my early car is the best I have ever had, really good after I widened the pedal a bit and adjusted the gas pedal down a smidge.
Scott have you checked Pelicans catalog? surely there is some pedal kist in there for the wasser pumpers.
