930 Owners with B&B Headers, I need your help

I have just added a new set of B&B Headers as well as a new set of SC330 Cams. The problem I have now is that after a very mild cruise (no boost) my B&B headers are glowing bright orange. I have spent alot of time setting the timing in different settings, Now 29 @ 4000 RPM, and set the CO from 2.8 to now 4.0 (very rich), nothing seems to help.
Can anyone with a set of B&B's on there car, take a late evening or night time cruise and tell me if there headers glow
1.Any at all?
2.How bright?
3.How long?
4. Idleing?
The only other thing I know of left to check is pull it down and check the Cam Timing, I hate to, I really feel it is spot on, but late in the morning I plan to unless something changes.

Must not be many 930 owners with these headers. I would have thought different.

glow

They should not glow. Sound like you have a restriction. Is your turbo spooling up. If the turbine is locked, maybe from a piece of hardware getting into the chamber, you will get severe back pressure.

Look for an exhaust restriction.

Turbo Spools great, as a matter of fact you can hear it whiz as your driving it, sounds great, and when you push it, it goes right to .8 bar.
been tuning this boy off and on all day. Right now I am @ 30 BTDE @ 4000 thinking a little advance might help, sure does run better there. Set the CO @ 3.5, now I just need to wait for late evening to see if I have a glow. If after that I still have a problem, I am checking the cams.

I forgot to mention, THE CAR IS SCREAMING, pulls hard to 7000 and never misses a beat.
