Body Shop recommendation
Hi All,
Want to thank everyone on this forum. You guys have been very helpful in all lof my questions. So, once again I'm seeking advice from fellow Pelicanites. Who do you recommend for body modifications? I reallly like the turbo look but I have a 3.2 Carrera. There are sooooo many body shop in the San Jose, CA. area that It's hard for me to choose from. I want someone that has done these modification on Porsche. The only part that I have a concern about is the rear fender flares. I will be going with fiberglass instead of steel. I want the light weight. By going with FG, I heard from friends and mechanics that FG is hard to work with than steel. Thus increasing the chances for the bodyshop in installed them incorrectly or other problems. The front fenders I am not too worried about. I am going with the whole fender instead of just the flares. Any recommendation will be great. John |

the weight difference in the finished product is minimul. You should be more concerned with repairabilty and life expectancy.
