Show me your Lindseys
Looking for pictures of 17" Lindsey Fuchs (or equal) on RS/carrera/SC bodied cars.
While you're at it let me know what size/brand rubber you run on the track. Thanks, Don

recommend a search for 'BB2' 'BB1' or 'scruffy', you will find what you are looking for.
I run 275 40 17's on the back and 245 40 17's on the front

I ran both 8x9x17 (street) and 8x10x17 (track) on my old SC-flared RS clone. These are the 8x9's:
![]() ![]() I don't think 9's are avialable any more, but 9.5's are. Here are the 8x10x17's: ![]() And here are the wheels by themselves. 8x10x17: ![]() 8x9x17: ![]()

Jack,
Did you by chance weigh those Lindsey's? I am tossing up between 951 8X16" and 9X16" Fuchs, or 17" Lindsey's. I'm currently running 8&9.5X18" Simmons and I want to drop some rotating mass. Thank you.

Lindseys are about 1/2 to 1 pound lighter than the comparable width Fuchs. The barrel part is thinner than the same part on the Fuchs.
17x8 = 16 pounds 17x9 = 17 pounds 17x10 = 18 pounds 17x11 = 19 pounds

Thank you Jack.
My current rears, with tyres (9.5X18" - Dunlop DZ02G 265/35-18), are 48.4 pounds. Dropping that kind of rotating mass should lower my lap times and further hide my limited driving ability.
