GruppeB carshow is a huge sucess!!
This year GruppeB upheld it's longstanding tradition of not winning a single trophy.
I happened to be the only member there this year but luckily the Baja and Green Flowery 911 snuck by without a trophy. I was really worried that the Baja would win best of show. this year I handed the event over to someone else so I could just hang out. So I don't know all the details but I do know we had 102 cars this year. I will find out from Austin's parents how much was raised. On to the pics! First the debut of Bec's Green Targa decked out in flowers. (Thanks to Andy Cook for the decals) And the Baja. I spent HOURS cleaning that thing!

Not to be outdone in the detailing department my buddy Matt showed up in his Chevy powered Toyota monster.
The rest are just cars I thought were cool. This was a Plymouth Fury with a Viper engine! Fury indeed...

I tried ordering that trim piece several times. I never got the right one and I ran out of time and the show must go on.
It's bec's car and she likes it stock. So rubber baby buggy bumpers stay. (for now) Since no one made it down there was no GruppeB Bonfire of Doom!!! I ate at McDonalds and only had to repeat my order once. Mr. Stewart, Bring the AMG over or at least send me a pic.

Kevin,
That car would look good in OC. Brian, I guess sports related emergency dental surgery could be kind of important. (RE: phone message)

Great pics Shawn, maybe I will make it next year and yet continue the GruppeB non-winner trend.

Wouldn’t be hard to do Smitty. If Brian showed up in his ’73 Carrera RS he would of barely gotten a second look. ‘Round here if it ain’t a Muscle car or Street Rod it ain’t crap.
