Question for those with DAS rollbar

I'm looking at buying used DAS roll bar and want to know how much seat room it gives you. I'm 6'4" tall and need to recline seat back so my head with helmet fits in. Of course my 911 has a sunroof so that also limits head room. I have Kirkey race seats and they seat me lower then stock but still need seat back reclined to clear roof with helmet.
1. Can you get the seat all the way back on your sliders?
2. Is it straight up or angled back?
3. Do you still have some room before hitting bar?

Can you push your seat all the way back and give me measurement (if any) to bar. Thanks
Any other suggestions?

If you are tall do not get a DAS. I sat in a cab with one installed and could not get the seat all the way back. I am 6'2 and was VERY uncomfortable in it. I put an Autopower bar in mine because it was the only other one I had seen in person to test it out.

I'm 6'1" w/ a DAS in my 993. The seat is nowhere near the back end of the track and the bar is nowhere near my head

The "foot" mount of the main roll-over bar interferes with the movement of the seat all the way back. It can, however, be re-profiled a bit to gain that add'l amount of legroom if needed...

I have a DAS in my 87 coupe. I'm 6-3 with 36" inseam legs. I have recaro pole position seats mounted on factory sliders. I can move the factory sliders all the way back and the seat does not hit the roll bar. As Wil pointed out above, I had to reshape the fwd mount in order to clear the sliders.

the biggest problem you will have aside from opening beer cans is aligning the rear mount points. if car has been wrecked more so ie. body tweaked. rear mount point top tip. take long drive pin punches, to front point and a rear point, then do passenger front with bolt, then driver rear w/bolt then pass rear with bolt, and then driver rear w/bolt. the last one will be PITA. drink lots of beer with really big teenagers or adults and have them hold it in place when you start last bolt. blue loctite all, torque to das sports spec.
