Headlight switch connector

The switch that came out of my 87 911 cab, is part numbered: 911.613.029.03. The switch that was sent was numbered: 911.613.029.02. Do any of you fellas happen to know the difference between the two?

I have attached a photo with me touching the extra electrical connector of my switch, which the 911.613.029.02 doesn't have. These two connectors

The reason I ask, is because the switch that came out of my car, has one more electrical connector, and that extra connector accepts two smaller grayish piggybacked wires. Any clues on the difference?

P.S. I plugged in all the connectors from my switch to the, 911.613.029.02 and the switch works just fine. Headlights operate, dash dimmer works fine. I just dont know what this extra connector is for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance...
