Windshield Places in Calgary AB

So I've been looking around for a place that could replace my '88 Cab's windshield without any success. I asked a few places that were suggested to me and even called the place the Porsche Dealership said they send their cars to. All of them said they couldn't do it and recommended me to someone else (all of who said the same).

So does anyone know where to get windshields replaced in Calgary (or Edmonton even)? And how much it is gonna cost perhaps?

Thanks.

V.

Try All West Glass Here is the Number in Fort Mac. but I think there in Edmonton and Calgary as well. I phoned for a price on One for Vitalstat just before he bought his car. They had one in stock in Edmonton I do believe. That was mid January 06 price was $325.00 installed probably not the best quality but it will get you on the road.

There is nothing complicated about the windshields in these cars - they go in and out like an old chev truck. You could do it yourself.

Call Speedy or Crystal Glass (the one near Chinook is decent) and they'll fix you up. If you go to one of the little guys (like I did with my pickup last fall) and they screw something up (like the guy did to my dash and he also nearly cut my VIN plate in half) there is little to no recourse whereas a bigger shop cares about their reputation.

Hey,
I just heard about the markup prices on windshields.. i.e for a Dodge pickup the list price is ~$375 do you want to know how much is the cost?
Less than $40

ANyway back to the topic... Did you ask Marc at Alpine? His windshield guy (I think is Norbert) can definitely do it.

Good luck!
