I am looking for a interoffice memo from porsche 911 turbo slantnose production. It looks just like this one. I want a nicer copy than this one.

That document has only recently surfaced within the year. I would like a cleaner copy also but not sure if there is one out there.

Also notice the date of the Memo is May 5, 1989 and possibly a few more factory slantnose cars were made.

I have a letter from Jurgen Barth to me listing the total number of slantnoses produced form 87-89 and another total from the special wishes program. I will try to scan it and post it.

I was unable to scan it but I will post the numbers.

The letter from Barth to me on 1/26/05 states that the standard-production line built a total of 686 slantnoses worldwide. The total amount of slantnoses delivered to the U.S. was 540. He did not break down years and I am not sure if he was including the flatnose cars of 1994 and the rare 911 slantnoses.

He went on to say that the the repair department built up 204 with pop up headlights and the repair department built 58 without pop up headlights (I assume this were the early special wishes cars).
