Smile O.K. , I admit it......

I bought the white '88 in S.Carolina.. Aforementioned car is now safely in my garage in NJ after a flawless 12 hour, 720 mile run up I-95. The car runs PERFECT, did not use a drop of oil, engine is BONE dry and all the guages stayed where they should be... except the speedo!! .. I had the windows and sunroof open all the way just to hear the wonderful exhaust note. Me Happy. pics to follow.

(thanks Brinson and Richard)

Thanks, I think so. Have receipts for about $14k of work in recent years inc. clutch, complete top end, trans, a/c retro etc. Also came with NIB complete manual set. I just checked under the engine this morning and it's still bone dry, not a hint of oil.

Very nice car but I think you need to flip the fog light bezels around they are facing out and should be facing straight ahead.

Baby's getting a new coat of paint , tires, windshield and leather refreshing this winter so I'll probably get the rims polished while I'm at it. I still can't believe how good this engine sounds and runs. When I have more time, I'll post all the work done in the last 10k miles...it comes to more than I paid for the car!!.

I took my son (he's 5 y.o.) to school in it this a.m. and when we got there he jumped out and ran in the building shouting "my dad bought me to school in his super fast race car!!" .

Great score! A friend of mine was in the hunt for this car as well. Sounds like you got it for 14K which I think is a bargain.
