Wastegate question

The top line on the wastegate is just a blow off line, where does the bottom , pressure line , connect too, 1989 3.3 Turbo

Should go into the intercooler...left side if you are looking at the car from behind.

Thanks Mark, was just getting ready to deleate question, after putting everything back on, it was obvious. I have been changing out all the vacume lines, been up all night and day putting engine and trans back in, so I have developed a case of tiny brains. Here is one I am not sure of, on the back side of the throttle valve there is a single vacume stub out, did that one go to the air pressure regulator?
