I just noticed that my right turn indicator flasher blinks noticably quicker than my left. This has not always been the case, so I am wondering if this is indicative of soon to fail flasher?

Most common cause is one of the bulbs isn't working as designed (as in burned out bulb, bad connection, wrong wattage bulb). If all bulbs working and not changed since it was flashing correctly, I would then suspect the flasher.

Goth is spot on.
Look for a blown bulb or one that is not making contact. The amount of current flowing through the lights has an effect on the rate at which the lights blink. I've always thought it was designed that way so you can identify if you have a light out. This is a reliable indication throughout various brands of vehicles. Good luck, Doug

Fast Blinking Left Turn Signal
I thought I had found my issue (wrong bulbs and loose rear bulb holders) but am still chasing the fast blankety blink.
