Sportomatic gears in a manual tranny ?
Guy`s I have about 5 sportomatic boxes and aside from one I really have no idea if they are good resellable boxes.
I recall hearing that some of the gear sets are desireable for the manual boxes. I have both types of sporto boxes , the 3 spd and 4 spd. Can any tranny guru`s offer me a tip as to whether or not these have value when parted out. Kurt Williams

I believe there is some fundamental incompatibility between the sporto and the manual. Like shaft spacing. At least I recall being told by someone who knew that they could not be used in the 915.

From what I recall it was the 901 that benifited from the 4 speed sporto gears. Im hoping there is some value to these things.
