911 O2 sensor

I have the single wire O2 sensor and the wire has separated, causing me to fail the low side of the emmissions test
can anyone help me on how to reconnect the wires and get that working. it is running rich.
thanks

Do you mean it has been cut? If that is the case, you should be able to splice in a piece of wire and re-connect the two.
If the wire is broken at the sensor, I have a spare I can give you if you pay for shipping. The wire I have on the end is only a few inches long and will need to be spliced in, but it will work and is an OEM Bosch unit that came with a cat by-pass pipe I bought.

Sure. Give me your address and I will send. Probably the best way is Priority Postage which should be about 4 bucks. I'll send it to you and then get back to you on that.
Glad you can use it.

Crimp the wires, don't solder. Crimps from Radio Shack or maybe parts store. Get the right size for the wire.

why not solder? I soldered mine because it was cut when i bought the car. I also reset the OXS unit behind the spedo because the light was on
