Spark Plug Analysis - Dry, Black, Sooty - HELP !

1970 911 E - Weber 40IDA, Flowed Heads, Otherwise stock. Plug Type NGK BP6ES. Car runs well but should run better. Hence the plug analysis.

Does anyone have a good read on what these plugs are trying to tell me. Three of the plugs look nice(brownish, gray, dry) and three are black, sooty, dry. The electrodes are fine. Expert help appreciated. Thanks Guys.

Rich

Were all three fouled plugs from one bank fed from one carb? I would check the float level, or valve in that carb ...
