interrior bit [pics included]
Still working on the 66 911 project that i had hoped to have on the road by this year [clearly not happening now they've salted the NH roads....]
anyway, i come to this board for help yet again, this time in the quest for two little interrior bits, one for each side. can you tell whats missing from this picture? it's the little sill that goes on top, under the window. they were both missing when i bought the car and I have been unable to locate new ones. does anyone know where i can find these or does anyone have a set laying around? if not, i'll make a set up myself, but thats a last ditch resort. oh, and here's a picture of the car:

thanks, but up close they're not so nice. in one place on the other side, the chome flaked off and left a big rusty scar. to cure it the owner painted that spot with chrome paint from a rattle can.... yuck.

I just recovered mine. they're really nothing more than some bent sheet metal covered in vinyl. Easy to make with some tool support...... If you can get one as a pattern .
