Ive seen A GT3 (not RS) here in Huntsville, it belongs to the PCA President. I was not impressed with the power I seen in that car and it is supposed to have a extra 25K in it somewhere. Maybe a different story on a track, but my opinion it is very under powered for that kind of money.......A Z06 for half the price, will kick it down the street.

Z06 is as fast as a standard carerra around the Ring. I am pretty sure 911's were never made for drag racing.

It takes Chevrolet 7.0 liters to get its 505hp.
Wonder what the GT3 would pump out if it's 3.6 liter engine making 415hp now was enlarged to 7.0 liters?

As far as fit and finish, endurance and reliability go, I'd take the Porsche hands down to the Z06 (which is certainly an insanely quick car).

Not going to start a debate here, and I own a Porsche, but the GT3 IS NOT twice the car as the ZO6, as it is priced. And as far as power, I am pretty sure my 30K Turbo Porsche would own the GT3 running around this town., and anyone who knows me, knows I would love to try them out.
Porsche is just like a Harley, you have got to love them, and you have to spend money on them to keep them up. I have owned several Corvettes and spent FAR less money on them for repairs. Now give credit where credit is due.
