blown fuse ?

will an interior light fuse cause the car to run rough?
I know its an odd question, but the car ran fine until last night when the interior light fuse was blown.
Now it backfires, just like when the O2 sensor relay is bad.

I can answer my own question.

I don't know why but when I replaced the blown fuse for the interior lights the car now runs fine.

SO I GUESS THE ANSWER IS YES.
