Can someone identify this line for me?

What is this line that goes to the brake caliper? I know it's not the brake fluid line.

Isn't that the brake pad wear sensor? Also, the protective cap for your brake bleeder is not secured.

Got it, thanks guys. So is there some warning indicator inside the car that goes off?

There is a light on the dashboard. IIRC, it looks like a circle with two C's, mirrored on each side.
