Harness Bar Guide Loops?

I am looking for the harness bar guide loops to weld onto an existing harness bar - anybody know of someone that can source these?

The only luck I have had is CDOC but they do not sell them - all other sources have turned up empty.

Thanks -

Make your own. Take some steel rod, bend it into the right shape, clean off the paint where the ends will go, and weld it on.

I fretted about this, but it turned out to be simple. Here is a picture of one I did to hold in place one of the straps that attach the bottom of my window net.

It is wise, I think, to do this. A right side impact will pull on the belts at the bar quite a bit as the seat leans over to the right.

I prefer to use clip or bolt-in ends on my belts, for ease of removal and because there is less chance of point loading on the edge of the webbing. But that is a lot more work: welding in a threaded tube through the bar to serve as the anchor point (you never want to attach something to a tube by drilling through the tube and using a long bolt).

Yeah - thought about this and looked for a local supplier in my area for the rods and was headed down that path. It was just easier in my mind to buy these if avaible - if not I will make my own. I was also looking for some gussetts as well and ca make them also but again looking for the quicker way

Thanks -

Gussets are easy to come by pre-cut. Lots of roundy round suppliers sell them. Like aa-mfg.com.
