Sticking Turn Signal Switch

My turn signal has been sticking for a while now. At first it would just stay on the signal after I completed the turn and I would have to manually replace it to center position. Then it got to the point where it wouldn't even budge. Leaving me to use hand signals. I was considering a new switch but decided to at least give WD40 a try. Wow! It's like a brand new turn signal. In all the years I've used WD40 it's never quite been the right lubricant for the job but this was magic. Just two squirts above and below the lever in the two holes closest to you as you sit in the drivers seat.
Just wanted to pass this on before you guys go replacing your switch or forcing it and breaking it.
