Rear Sway Bar recomendation

I've got a touch of understeer in my current setup and am considering a rear sway bar. I've got 21/27 Torsion bars, a 20 mm front bar and Bilstein HD on all 4 corners. It's a street car with some autoX in the plans. I notice the car pushing through turns under acceleration (onramps, off ramps). I'm adding and S spoiler to reduce some lift at highway speeds. Should I wait and see what the spoiler does to improve understeer or should I add a 22 mm adjustable rear bar?

Wrong section, but since it hasn't been moved yet...

An adjustable sway bar will be really nice when you start auto crossing and you should be able to adjust the push out of it...
