Adding power seat

Adding an 86 power seat to my 83sc. Are the provisions for pluging in already in the existing harness? If not where is the best place to pick up power?

I'd like to know this as well. My 82 has 4 way power driver seat that has never been hooked up. I've not been able to find any obvious existing connections.

Well,

Since power seats were not offered until 1985 model year 911s, there wouldn't be any wiring in an '82 or '83 to support a power seat. If it was me, I'd just by a factory power seat harness and install it. It's a separate part from the rest of the wiring.

Hope this helps,
JR
