				 | Lowering with Welmeister Adjustable Spring Plate
Which direction do you turn the eccentric bolt to lower the car?

Facing the adjusting bolt; lefty loosey to lower. Let's hope you don't run out of threads before you're done. Sherwood | ||

There is no ride height eccentric on the adjustable plates. It's a large set screw. The eccentric on the end closest to the wheel is for camber.

Based on your description, and the fact that your car is an '84, I'm guessin' you don't have weltmeister plates. Your car came with factory adjustable spring plates, and they do use an eccentric bolt. You'll need the special purpose-made wrench to turn the eccentric. Push the wrench down to raise the height.

Weltmeister without a doubt. 911Pcars thanks for the info. I only need to drop 1/4 inch front and back. One complete turn on the front will get me to the right height from what I have learned on the board, any ideas on the back?
