Using Heat to fix warped Dash?
 

I just recently came across this thread

in this thread, its mentioned that heat was used to straighten out the dash prior to recovering.
has anyone used heat to straighten out their "non-covered" warped dash? if so, how difficult was the job? mine is the plain jane plastic dash. could I actually crack my dash attempting to striaghten it?
