How long is a head stud....

On a 3.0.....The two I just picked out of my rockers are about 2" long...

IIRC, they're about 8" or so.

those in your cam carrier area may be rocker shaft bolts. Head studs are about 155mm (135 mm aboce case deck plus whatever is screwed in
