Value of a 2.2S MFI Pump Core

I have a '009' MFI pump from a 2.2S that was represented as in good shape. In reality, it needs a rebuild - the control rack is stuck, and a couple pistons are stuck. It doesn't really make sense to keep this S pump on the shelf waiting for futher seizure when I can get a 2.4T redone and customized for my future plans (2.8/3.0 w/ MFI) when the time arrives. Basically, I'm looking for a value on the core as I don't want to screw anyone over, but I'd like to get some of my $$ back - what's a fair price?
