Hey guys
i am unsure of the answer, so i figure this is the best place to find out. i have 1 3/4" S.S. B&B headers (w/heat) for carrera heads. this means they are well suited for: carrera heads for sure. 964 heads???? sc heads???? what discplacement are these well suited for? 3.2L-3.8L? 3.4L+ ?? - not 993 heads, as i know the flanges would have to be flipped. i am asking because they are for sale and i would like to be able to answer, with confidence, what they will fit. thanks Nick

How about a picture.
the port size, as I understand it, is the biggest you want to put on a stock 3.2. I think it will be too big for a 3.0 unless the 3.0 has been built to run higher rev's than stock. What does B&B recommend them for?? That would be a good place to start.

I've used them on both 3.6 and 3.8. They work well in both of those applications, they do work better w/ lumpier cams than w/ stock
on 993 heads the exhaust studs need to be relocated. probably a tad big for a street 3.2 w/ stock cams

thanks guys.
B&B sold them to me for a built up 3.5L using carrera based heads. that isn't the most common engine, so i though it would be nice to able to say exactly what they will fit. and what they will work wonders on. on a 3.2L if they add a S.W. chip along with the headers there should be a good amount of gain, this is for a track car...
