What horsepower does a Carrera 3.2 make at the wheels and crank?

Euro 231. US 207-217. At the crank I believe. I also believe better informed will correct me if I am wrong (I frequently am).

People have tested for exact results on HP loss through the drive train. It hovers around 15%. A well tuned 3.6 can achieve 230 HP on a dyno. That's not net HP. To some researchers, Porsche understated actual HP ratings.
