Help on torque wrench settings

Trying to torque down cylinder head/pistons
and cam tower nuts. Anyone have the torque specs on a 2.7?
BTW, I found out that the cams used on this 2.7 bears the marking on the cam tip:
930 148.10. Anyone know why this setup is used? How can one distinguish Dilavar studs from stock ones? Im trying to decide whether to purchase this motor: 2.7, rebuilt 12,500 miles ago, time sert, dilavar studs in question (owner had it rebuilt and could not remember), new Mahle pistons/cyl.,new valves/guides, turbo valve covers, carrera tensioners, pro headwork and ported to 36/35, 930 cams??. Long block selling for $1200.

Looks like a job for Mr. Hall. While you're at it, Warren, I have a question: Is 12 inch-pounds the same as one foot-pound?

Bruce Anderson says Dilivar is non-magnetic, so check the lower studs with a magnet. Dilivar studs get 29 lb-ft, regular steel get 25 lb-ft. Camshaft housing nuts get 18 lb-ft.

And, yes, 12 lb-in equals 1 lb-ft!
