Rennshift Adjustment help

WOW what a nice shifter.... Just installed the Rennshift.

Just a couple of issues. Maybe someone can help.

I adjusted the shifter per the Book but when I am done I do not have any free play in the coupler when 5th Gear is engaged. The other problem is now when I go from 5th to 4th the shifter wants to slide in to second unless I make a conscious effort to put into 4th gear. So that is not good and needs to be adjusted. But what ever I did I can now down shift to 1st gear at grater than 10mph. Prior to the shift install I had to be stopped or a slow roll to get first so assumed the syncro was going bad. But now with the new shifter and new bushing and playing with the adjustmenst I can get 1st gear.

I would like to not loose 1st gear but have to fix the 5th to 4th downshift issue. The car is an 84 with a stock coupler.
